"The number one reason we do this is for the community. The Engine Summit started out as part of our "CMS Days" event we did a while back.
We covered Drupal, Django and WordPress as well as ExpressionEngine during the event. And out of the online conferences we did we did that week--and not to take anything away from the other communities--we had the best time chatting and sharing tips, tricks and techniques with the EE speakers and attendees.
Now it's not so much putting together another conference for us, but looking forward to hanging out with friends."
